Do You Have A Store Where I Can Try On Your Dresses?
Paradise Style Group, USA is exclusively an online store and we only sell dresses and bridal accessories through our website. By not having the overhead expenses of a traditional store, we can offer the same quality dresses and wedding accessories for a lower price than traditional bridal shops.
What Are Your Dress Shipping Charges?
We offer FREE standard shipping in the USA on dresses featured in our Wedding Dresses, Prom Dresses, Formal Dresses, Pageant Dresses, Quinceanera Dresses, Debutante Ball Dresses, and Cotillion Dresses collections.
Our shipping and store policies do not apply to clothing and accessories featured through third party links on our website. Please refer to those merchant's websites for their shipping and store policy information.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
We do not apply sales tax to USA orders.
Do You Accept Returns?
There are no exchanges, returns, or refunds for the following items: Wedding Veils, Bridal Crinolines and Slips, and Wedding Accessories.
To ensure our customers receive only BRAND NEW dresses that have not been worn or tried on by other customers, dresses featured in our Wedding Dresses, Prom Dresses, Formal Dresses, Pageant Dresses, Quinceanera Dresses, Debutante Ball Dresses, and Cotillion Dresses collections are FINAL SALE ITEMS and are NOT RETURNABLE for exchange or refund. Please take your measurements carefully before placing your dress order. Our designer dresses fit smaller than regular clothing sizes. Do not guess at your size based on what you wear in regular clothing.
Some online bridal stores allow returns on formal wear, however most designers and manufacturers who supply the dresses to the store, don't accept returns. This means the bridal store needs to re-sell the dresses that are returned by their customers. When you order a dress from a store that accepts returns, you pay for a brand new dress but you won't know for sure whether the dress you get was previously tried on, worn, or returned by another customer.
Who wants to pay full price for a designer dress if it isn't really brand new? If you order a dress from an online store that allows returns, check to see if the store has a Clearance or Specials section on their website. We feel this is where online formal wear stores who accept dress returns should be selling their returned dress inventory.
At Paradise Style Group USA, we only sell BRAND NEW designer dresses, ordered directly from the manufacturer, exclusively for you. After all, it's your dress, shouldn't you be the only one who's worn it?
How Do I Know Which Size To Order?
There's no question, our customers love the quality and style of our designer dresses!
It's important to choose the correct size for your dress before you place an order. Be sure to use the size chart and measuring instructions shown with our Wedding Dresses, Prom Dresses, Formal Dresses, Pageant Dresses, Quinceanera Dresses, Debutante Ball Dresses, and Cotillion Dresses. These dresses do fit smaller than regular clothing sizes. Measure yourself carefully and DO NOT guess at your dress size based on what you normally wear in regular clothing.
The little extra time and effort it takes to measure yourself properly, or to have your seamstress take your measurements for you, is more than worth the effort when you order a correct dress size.
It's also important to remember that almost any formal dress may need some alterations, whether you buy it from us online, or from your local bridal store. Our dresses can easily be altered by your local seamstress to fit you perfectly.
What Type Of Payments Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments through PayPal. Paypal is one of the safest and easiest ways to pay on the internet today. You can use your credit card without ever exposing your card number to us.
Please be aware that we do not accept personal check or money order payments for special occasion dresses or wedding accessories at this time. Availability of dress sizes and colors changes frequently, therefore we cannot guarantee that the color or size of a particular dress you need will be available between the time you place your order and when we actually receive and process your check or money order payment.
Do I Need To Have A PayPal Account To Pay For My Order?
A PayPal account is not required to complete your purchase. You DO NOT need to sign up for PayPal if you don't have a PayPal account, just click on the option to pay with a credit card on the screen. If you need assistance with a PayPal payment, you may contact PayPal directly at (888) 221-1161.
Can I Cancel My Order After I've Placed It?
Orders submitted to us cannot be cancelled. The following exceptions apply:
1. Dress Orders: If the size, color, or style you need is out of stock at the time your order is received by us, we will notify you by email or telephone with the estimated restocking date for you to resubmit your order.
2. Dress Orders: If a dress style is no longer available from our manufacturer at the time we receive your order, we will notify you within 24-48 hours of receiving the information from our manufacturer.
If your order needs to be cancelled for either of the above reasons, we will promptly issue a full refund through PayPal.
Will You Do A Price Match If I Find The Same Dress Elsewhere, For Less?
If you see the exact same dress on another USA website for less, please provide us with the link to the website, before you place your order, and we will be happy to do our best to beat their pricing. Calculation of competitor's price will include applicable shipping, extra size costs and/or tax. Price matching does not apply to sale priced or clearance dresses unless the sale or clearance price is set by the manufacturer. In-stock specials, eBay, or auction site dresses do not quality for our price match offer.
Do You Accept Orders Outside Of The USA?
Currently we ship our Wedding Dresses, Prom Dresses, Formal Dresses , Pageant Dresses, Quinceanera Dresses, Debutante Ball Dresses, Cotillion Dresses, and Bridal Crinolines and Slips featured on our USA website, to USA customer addresses only.
