SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY POLICY: Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order is processed. Actual delivery time will depend on your location and carrier's delivery schedule. This dress ships directly to customer from our manufacturer in the U.S.

Our regular shipping charges for this dress order are as follows:

$44.95US for an order shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Our shipping charges reflect the cost for sending a large dress box with UPS or US mail with tracking service. Your order is shipped F.O.B. shipping point. The dress is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Any claims for loss or damage in transit must be made directly by the customer to the carrier. We are not responsible for damage in transit, or for any delays in delivery due to causes beyond our control. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address with your order. The length of our formal gowns is standard 59 to 60 inches.

These dresses fit smaller than regular clothing sizes. Do not guess at your size based on what you normally wear in regular clothing. Please read our measuring instructions carefully and measure yourself before choosing your size. Avoid taking measurements over your clothing. If possible, wear the undergarments you plan to wear with your gown when taking your measurements. Our size chart shows the measurements of our dresses. If your measurements are bigger than the size chart measurements, you may want to order the next size up so you have room to move in the dress. You may need to have alterations done to some areas of the dress. It is usually much easier for a seamstress to alter a dress to fit smaller then to make it fit larger. Of course, the final decision of the dress size you order belongs to you.

Measuring Instructions:

BUST: measure around the fullest part of your bust, preferably wearing a bra style that you will wear with the dress. The measuring tape should be comfortable, and not too tight when taking your bust measurement. This measurement is NOT the same as your bra size.

WAIST: measure around your waist about 1 to 2 inches above your belly button. Do not take your waist measurement over clothing. The measuring tape should be comfortable, and not too tight when taking your waist measurement.

HIP: measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 6 to 7 inches below your belly button. The measuring tape should be comfortable, and not too tight when taking your hip measurement.Do not take your hip measurement over clothing.

CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: Select the size that best matches your largest measurment (bust, waist or hip). For ball gown or very full A-line styles, your bust and waist measurements are more important than you hip measurement.

FITTING & DRESS ORDERING TIPS:

1. Lace-up style dresses are an excellent choice if you're between sizes.

2. Bust and waist measurements are more important than hip measurements for full, A-line or ball gown style dresses.

3. It's easier to alter a dress to fit smaller than to make it fit larger. Almost any formal dress may need alterations to get a perfect fit.

4. Plan to order your dress with enough time before your event for any alterations that may need to be done by your local seamstress.

5. We package your dress order carefully, however there is usually some wrinkling associated with shipping any clothing. Don't compare the dress with photos of a professionally steamed dress. To get the same look for your dress, we recommend having your dress professionally steamed or pressed after any alterations are done, and before your wedding or event. Your local dry cleaner can do this for you for a very reasonable cost.

Important: We rely on the sizing information supplied to us by you for your order. You are responsible for selecting your size based on your measurements and the manufacturer's size chart. We cannot suggest or choose a specific size for you, we can only give you information on how to take your measurements. If your measurements fall between sizes, consider ordering the size that best matches your largest measurement (with the exception of full A-line or ball gown styles for which your bust and waist measurements are more important than your hip measurement). Please be aware that we are not responsible if you order an incorrect size.
